RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY. Due to high order volumes all returns must be back to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Items MUST be returned with a packing slip inside. We MUST have the Order #.
-If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, & Address or the return will be REJECTED.
-Elevated Element is NOT responsible for making exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be immediately sent to you via email or mobile number. (Depending on which you provided at checkout.) After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item.
-Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
-Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s).
-When returning shoes, please place shoe box in another box/bag so original box does not get damaged in the return process. If the shoe box is returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item.
-No returns on ANY JEWELRY, headwear, sale items, or custom items.
-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Sale items returned will be REJECTED. All items bought with a discount of 30% or more is ineligible for a return.
-If your return is rejected you will be notified & you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
